Mr. Snoddy is a member of the school board at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. He appears in the 6th book and coaches the field trip to a tissue factory. He tries to give some tissues to Melvin, combined with a robot and snot, but this leaves him terrified and he destroys the factory, and glues Mr. Snoddy to the floor. He doesn't appear for the rest of the book.
