Ms. Guided is a member of the teaching board at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. She first appears in the book Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman.

In her first appearance, she notices several girls wearing expired egg sandwiches on their heads and drawing moustaches on their faces with permanent marker. Her name is a pun on the word "misguided."
